Ordering & payment
How do I place an order?
Add coffees to your bag in the shop and send the order request form. We confirm availability and email you a secure payment link within one business day. You can also order by phone at (447) 251-9034.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure invoicing provider. Wholesale accounts can pay by ACH.
When will I be charged?
Only after you receive and approve your invoice. Nothing is charged when you submit an order request.
Do you charge sales tax?
Florida sales tax applies to orders shipped within Florida where required by law. Most coffee beans sold as grocery items are exempt; prepared items and merchandise are taxable.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
$6.95 flat rate in the contiguous United States, free on orders of $45 or more. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are quoted separately. See our Shipping Policy.
How fast will my coffee arrive?
We roast on Mondays and Wednesdays and ship within 48 hours of roasting. Delivery takes 2–5 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Can I pick up my order in Arcadia?
Yes — local pickup at 147 Asbury St, Arcadia, FL is free and available by appointment during business hours. Just mention it in your order notes.
Coffee
Is your coffee organic?
Most of our Ethiopian coffees are grown with traditional, chemical-free methods by smallholder farmers, but not all lots carry organic certification. Each product lists its details; please ask if certification matters to you.
How should I store my coffee?
In its original resealable bag, in a cool, dark cabinet. Avoid the fridge. Read our full guide: How to store coffee in Florida humidity.
Whole bean or ground?
Whole bean stays fresh longer. If you don't have a grinder, choose your brew method and we will grind it for you on the day it ships.
How much caffeine is in your coffee?
A typical 8 oz cup of brewed coffee contains about 80–100 mg of caffeine. Lighter roasts have slightly more by weight. Our Ethiopia Decaf is 99.9% caffeine-free.

What if I don't like my coffee?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it with a different coffee or refund you. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Sorry about that! Email a photo to info@befonacoffee.com within 7 days and we will send a replacement right away at no cost.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Email or call us any time before your next roast date. There are no cancellation fees.
How do you use my personal information?
Only to process orders and answer your questions. We never sell your data. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
